The Goat cheese label is made by Klaver Cheesemakers. The first Klaver cheese saw the light of day in 1977. A brand new Cheese making facility in 2001 allowed the Klaver family to expand its range and to secure its long term future. The family also invested in their own cow and goat facilities in order to control the milk production process. In addition to existing types of cheese, the cheese makers also started experimenting in abundance with promising new flavors to add to their goat and cow cheeses.
