Dutch Gold 24 months has a maturing period of approximately 2 years. Gorgeously spicy and creamy in flavor, with lovely salt crystals embedded in the cheese.
The Dutch Gold label is produced by Cono Cheesemakers, a cooperative of over 475 dairy farmers in the West-Beemster region, north of Amsterdam. Cono cheese has been acclaimed for its outstanding quality and is unique in its taste and texture. The cooperation is owned in large part by farmers and the cheese production continues to be developed following traditional and artisanal processes.
